Four Roses Hand Selected Bourbon
This Four Roses OESK recipe that just arrived was handpicked by owner Jonathan Maisano after visiting the Four Roses Distillery back in January. After Jonathan tasted through 10 different barrels he selected this one to come in May because of the excellent balance of flavors. With this barrel you will enjoy mild spice, a touch of toffee balanced with hints of orange blossom, Jonathan recommends enjoying this Bourbon over a large ice cube or with a splash of water to allow the flavors to open up. This barrel only yielded 162 bottles and was bottled at barrel strength 115.8 proof, enjoy it while you can.
